Notes
- Brightness: Applies a direct linear offset to all color channels.
- Contrast: Scales pixel values radially from the middle gray (128) luminance point.
- Saturation: Calculates the relative luminance (Y = 0.2126R + 0.7152G + 0.0722B) and blends the original color away or towards that luminance value.
- Operation Order: Values are applied strictly in the order: Brightness → Contrast → Saturation.
- Alpha Preservation: PNG transparency is preserved fully throughout the mathematical operations.
- Pixel Limits: Color adjustments operate directly on RGBA pixel arrays, meaning strict memory constraints (10MP) are applied to ensure device stability.
- Local Processing: The original image is not modified and processing happens securely on your device.
- Metadata Caveat: Re-encoding typically removes metadata stored outside the raster pixels, such as EXIF metadata.
